    IDOF has reinstated dividends at 6.5%, which will be $1.46m extra cash in the next year - good.

    The board seem to worry a lot about the MPIF income units...

    I don't know what to think about BAO right now.

    The additional income should put us at break even or so. The returns of capital...I don't know what the board will do with them, decrease debt? At least NTA should be constant while we wait for the remaining funds to reinstate dividends.

    Then the four remaining significant investments not paying dividends...Brookfield Prime Property Fund, Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund, Multiplex Development and Opportunity Fund, Multiplex Property Income Fund.

    It seems that everyone is reinstating dividends except Bookfield/Multiplex!
