    Hi Early1,

    Nice to see you here again. It seems that we like the same type of companies. I dont understand why we have to half the NTA again since their properties are valued based on the current market value. Thats why sdg has been impairing their assets all these years to reflect the real value.
    Even their goodwill is worth zero in their balance sheet unlike most companies which tend to over inflate this item.
