Have purchased and sold a few times here. Good argument for AAC selling all assets and delivering money to shareholders imo.
Ringers, Jackaroos and Jillaroos take note. Good place to park some money, a hegde for inflation. Better value than a deposit on a flat in capital city.
upside is share price to NTA at $2.58. downside ... I can't see any
