    I'm happy if my $1.95 fair value shows up on the SP. Not that I care much as I plan to hold this for decades. Longer term she is definitely worth a lot more. Way too many billionaires buying this up whenever a substantial parcel shows up in the open market.

    - BBRC International (Brett Blundy)
    - Premier League Tottenham Hotspur (Joe Lewis)
    More less known but has big $$ the more you dig deeper...

    In that sense the TO has already happened but you wont see the SP shoot up because these guys are playing the very long game like I'm.
