    Why would the Board want them to pay a dividend though? Every dollar they re-invest in the company is like buying $1 NAV at $0.60, plus they are re-investing into a growth business that needs capital.

    Unless there's significant amounts of Franking Credits to distribute, paying dividends for this type of business doesn't actually make much financial sense.

    Just sit back and watch the NAV grow
