NTA $7.93 at end of March
puts it on a current discount of 3%.
the big question is, will the discount grow to 5 - 10% because of impending
Labor franking credit refund changes.
it has been on such a discount before, as shown on their website, was at
over 10% discount in 1994- 1995, also in 2001, and 7 - 9% discount in 2011 - 2012.
