Looking at 40c NTA assuming Lender will not excercise option to convert at 7.5 c
then there is good chance that some fund would take lender out of equision e.g paying them 20% more then their loan lominal and then buy assets at discount e.g 20 or 25c per unit;
Good possbility ; There no REITS where SP is so heavily discounted to NTA
