Fantastic report, didnt expect the profit to come so well so early. 1.7 cents per share. And all the rebuilding to do in Queensland, much like a govt stimulus.
Certainly looks positive for the future with little downside risk for the next year.
27 mil franking credits (share buyback would be good way to give them back BUT only in 2012 when making good money).
Also 260 mil loss before tax starts to count so basically tax free profits for many years.
This share is a FANTASTIC long term buy and has burnt so many people in the past it will take a long time before they come back.
Keep up the good work JOBE your pay is certainly good so keep earning it.
