i spoke to a peter collins as the md was in a meeting we had a fairly long discussion and although he wouldnt name the contracts that they were concerned about he did say that they may not be as big a problem as feared and that they would know more in a few weeks he said that the clo balance sheet was stronger than it had ever been and that they have very conservative accounting policies and book losses on contracts that are of concern straight away and then try to work out a compromise through arbitration to recover what they could.wrongway
