    I notice that the last reported NTA on MDT at 30/6/09 is 0.38c.It has had a big drop from 0.91c the previous year This would be one of the reasons the stock has fallen in recent times.I can't see it moving up too much given the fall of the NTA.8 months ago these reits were trading at 10% of NTA.
