the performance and movements here nearly mirror their LIC
you can go into the 3m chart and see what the following days movements are going to look like
it doesnt give you a trading advantage because these figures are out when trading is closed
but it has helped me sleep better some nights when things were a bit scary
its not hard to get a rough idea of the next days NTA action from this down to a cent or so
