This is where you have to do significant amounts of research yourself, everyone has their own ways and means of calculating, plus the information can be sometimes difficult to come across (until such time as we get the reports towards the end of February).
That being said, most people are arriving at a figure of between $1.00 and $1.30 so that's a good starting point.
