NTA of $1.57 ? Is this correct?

After a thourough analysis of the information at hand this is the figure I came up with $1.57

The Federal government wants to increase the plantation timber industry three fold and will help in the way of legislation to bring this outcome to fruition.

This company is set for strong growth in the near term, I am just amazed that it is trading at a PE of near two and has a dividend yield of 17%.

They have hardly scraped the barrel in regards to franking credits thus one would expect another special dividend next year as well.

Please tell me if I have missed anything but I do not think so.
