    Thanks again. Looks like we are left guessing although I'll proceed on the basis it is overvalued in current NTA's.

    Tata Steel has revealed itself as buyer of RIV and they are now on the 14.99% foreign limit.

    No substantial seller change as yet but could well have been LRF selling. If it was, they will be very cashed up. In any event huge move by RIV recently bodes well for NTA.
