The conditions of the Convertible Note facility suggest to me that WME are looking to sell the uranium project.
The price? 22 cents per share at least.
The 1.4 million dollars invested into WME by BTV can be converted into 20 million shares at 7 cents per share.
At 22 cents per share brings an extra 3 million dollars to the bank of BTV on top of the 1.4 million invested.
The current activities of BTV at the moment suggest that are they not in WME for the long term.
