Stick with AUI for the time being. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason with NTA's. Look at ARG. Its trading at a huge premium. Btw, have a look at ARG's top 20. What do you see?
Finally, it looks as though the world has caught up with TOL. We are not going to have that all to ourselves any longer.
