Hi Johncme yields in their Valuations are quite low which means value of property may be slightly bullish, i own a few REITS and it doesn't take much when interest rates rise to get a correction in Valuations which then bumps up their gearing. Look at Aventus to compare yields especially for DFO property which are at higher Cap rates and therefore more realistic valuations.
