This will be a whole of company sale in my opinion. It may be that the parts are sold to separate buyers or that a consortium is put together to buy the whole thing and then split it up between members. Either way though, I think the whole company will go.
At the AGM, even prior to them starting the sale process, the company said that they had already had already received unsolicited bids for assets.
If there is plenty of interest, then just selling the meaty bits doesn't make sense.
It's obvious there is a lot of interest in the company. The only question from here is: what price?
