I just cant be bothering working out GPTs NTA properly again.

Trouble is they seem to change significantly from quarter to quarter!
So, on the back of a wrapper of gum (I cant even be bothered using an envelope) - they would have what... roughly 8b of equity after debt removed, and 9-10b shares on issue.
8 divided by something between 9-10 = around 80c odd NTA.
They owe something like 2b odd give or take, so 2/8bn odd gives gearing of roughly 25%
Apologies for not pulling out balance sheet yet again - Ill wait until financial year end I think.
