Yes GP stands for Gross Profit, meaning that for every $100 they sell, it costs less than $70. Obviously, the more they sell, the more flows to the bottom line.
On the question of TLS ordeers being on-going; You'll notice that the last announcement says something like "these orders are to fill the pipe-line". This would imply that The $10.5M orders are mostly to stock the TLS distribution channels (shops / warehouses etc.). TLS would not want to hold more than say 6 weeks inventory. So, logically TLS think they will sell more than $5.25M per month. Also such pipe-line stocking would not apply to a one-shot affair. This is clearly intended to be on-going.
If you want to be conservative you could discount the monthly run-rate down to say $4M - It doesn't really matter, as NTC is still riding very high either way.
You have a lot of people in this stock who bought at much lower levels, and others who've taken a lot of pain while waiting for this kind of share price recovery. Their selling will take a bit to get through, but beyond that, I could see this thing running right up the ladder.
Good luck to you.
