ntg - to privatise

I have just heard that NTG is going to privatise itself. With all the issues with be a public company and the ACCC ( which you can view on the ACCC website ), the two main directors Tony Hakim and Marry Fraid are going to privatise the company. After the 11c underwriting they did to be completed shortly they will have nearly 75% of the stock and force a takeover bid and then privatise it. Where did the $60m they raise go?
