You state that you believe the underwriters (the two major company owners/directors) will try to sell the shortfall that they have to pick up.

If this was their intention, why would one of them have been such a major on market purchaser all the way through the year and especially of late?

Morry Fraid has been buying some serious stock all the way through. Here is a chance for him to buy any shortfall in the issue at 10Cents and you think he will try and dump?

Why and how do you get this conclusion?

Alpha, I always look forward to reading all your posts as they contain some well thought out logic....please shine some light on your thoughts for me.

P.S re not being renounceable doesnt this place restrictions on their trading potential anyway?
