They did a raise for 20million shares at 20cents to drive the company’s ongoing commercialisation of Mente Autism Device.

Undiluted MC now $18m with $6m Cash to be used 4 distributorships, completion trial, FDA approval & improvements to Mente. Makes it very cheap compare to other biotech peer...
Also CR was at 20c by Azure capital and so will be pushed higher on further news to lock in some profit...would be hard to dump their shares without creating liquidity in trading.
Do you think the sophisticated investors invested to get no return, the answer is No to that.
For those investors that took up the placement they will need to pump the share price for them to offload like what happens with many CR.
