So... That leaves notes on the AGM.

Some great questions from the shareholders which seem to have been covered off on here and on Sharetrader.

One observation I made was at the start of the meeting. Someone's laptop was plugged into the projector. MS Word was loaded up. There on the screen was that useful MS Word recovered documents panel which I scanned like a hawk. There was a document from 12 September 2017 called "Rahu.docx" or something along those lines. I laughed and said to Charbel Nader something like "oh great we're going to hear about Rahu" and pointed at the screen, then he told whoever was at the laptop to close it down. It was hilarious but something must be going on there. Charbel Nader also commented on Rahu later at the AGM saying that they are looking at getting more control of the project - this was much later at the AGM in response to a question by a shareholder.

Other observations... The presentation by Hill and Chowles was very informative. They both concurred that the concentrator will unleash a torrent of gold within a small amount of material removed from the mine. All leftovers/tailings will be inert because the concentrator removes all of the gold/sulphides etc. Therefore, all the tailings can be used as backfill or gravel. Excellent, give me the concentrator.

They also discussed the fact that water naturally flows through the mine into the river at the foot of the gorge. This is the natural state of the mine and the reason why the activities of the mine will have no effect on water whatsoever - and that this position was supported by Waikato Regional Council, Hauraki District Council, NTL and other independent experts. It makes perfect sense, but NTL is having a closed water circuit anyway - so double whammy for anyone who wants to argue their emotional claptrap about effects on water.

Anyway, late at night, have things to do tomorrow now that I am home from AGM and Rainbows End - enjoy.

PS - definitely partaking in the SPP after this AGM trip.
