CLARIFICATION ON RIGHTS ENTITLEMENT
New Talisman Gold Mines announces that due to the large number of enquiries we have received today from shareholders who have taken part of their entitlement and those who wish to apply for additional shares the company advise the following: -
As per the offer document dated 25th May 2016 shareholders are entitled to subscribe for up to 3 shares for every share held and are entitled to take up more than their entitlement should there be a shortfall in the offer for which a valid application form with accompanying bank transfer or cheque must be received by the closing date (Thursday 30th June 2016 5PM NZT) by mail or fax to Computershare.
