    I'm interested in selling my holding and reapplying for options.

    Can the application form be downloaded/found anywhere? Or must Computer share reissue you one specifically?
    If you sold today and settled on Thursday do you the funds need to be with NTL by Thursday 5pm? Or the transfer sent by 5pm?
