Take a look at the LNY terms with Newcrest on the tenements next door. If that's anything to go by then the terms may be very favourable provided NTL can stump up cash after the exploration phase. I speculate that NTL will achieve a JV with Newcrest on similar terms. If it happens then, following on from what you say, I wonder whether the 0.1 cent rights may be wiped off the market. It would be unusual but not impossible for someone looking to take a big stake to do so while providing capital to the company.
