I have been pondering this for a few hours now... If Amer - or anyone else for that matter - is so interested in NTL that they are considering a takeover then does that not make the opportunity to fund the bulk sampling project and get into production ourselves a whole lot better?

Why sell out this long term project to Amer if we can do it ourselves. NTL says it needs $2.1m to get bulk sampling up and running and that bulk sampling is meant to be able to fund the rest of it.

I'm glad the Amer MOU is not binding because I'm much more keen to fund the thing myself as a shareholder. If Amer wants a piece of it they can pay an enormous premium down the track. If only 1/8th of NTL holders take up anywhere near the proportion of their holdings into rights as I am then NTL will be well funded and then some.

Oh - and yes - we're keeping their non-refundable $50,000 for beer and bar snacks at the AGM, among other things, and there's nothing they can do about it.
