    The amount of capital raised by shareholders has strengthened my resolve to encourage other holders to vote against any takeover bid by Amer - or anyone else for that matter.

    We have the money to get our mine up and running, NZ and Aussie owned. Could be a wonderful thing.

    So my position to be very cynical towards any takeover offer unless it's at least 10 cents a share
