Skol, you are either very silly, being disingenuous or you simply do not know where the Talisman and Rahu projects are.

You seem to be confused and equating the Talisman mine to the Waihi underground mine that goes under some residential areas in Waihi. They are miles away from each other and completely unrelated: http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10857990

As for the small parcel of DOC land, there is no significant trees in the area of work (the portal pad) and the access road is District Council land - not DOC land. If you had been to the site or looked at the land information you would know this.

I suggest you take a very close look at your "research" before you post statements that you know or ought to know are misleading. I would be more than happy to give you a practical crash course so you know why you have to be careful about partaking in such behaviour.
