Perhaps this is a reason why the shortfall shares were not cancelled, NTL knows it needs cash asap to participate and not be left behind?

Would expect an update from NTL (formalised agreement perhaps?) one would think a bit of positive news would see to a few more shares being taken up?

Do correct me if i'm wrong, i'm pretty new to all of this!
