If Amer have any English speaking researchers looking at NTL, you can bet your bottom dollar that they have read the sentiment of shareholders on here. I imagine that larger holders feel the same.

Will we receive updated and more generous terms from Amer before the AGM?

Well - that is interesting as a prospect isn't it - if you look at the quarterly you can see that they are working on terms.

Would NTL waste its $50,000 on preparing the paperwork for a takeover deal/vote that won't see the light of day?

Hmmmmmmmmmm.

There's also Newcrest drilling meant to begin this quarter and hopefully the added certainty of completion of the shortfall offer.

Among other things.
