    If it is a bid or put in the next 5 minutes and that is what the "gamble is on a bigger scale even just 1 share making the price go down before the 5 minute interval could mean someone wins big on that Up or down "guess". IMO. Other games elsewhere. and maybe "they" don't want it to go to .009
