Agree with you about hanging onto what you have and topping up, but also see the other side, sell 1M, participate and get the bonus shares in 12 months..... I need to reread the offer as I'm assuming the shortfall offers the same terms.

Wonder where the SP would be if shortfall was not opened, there was been some interest open market so I'm guessing it would be sitting much higher than it is now.
