I'm a Kiwi as well. I know the ilk you speak of. Bill Murray prophetically referred to these types when he said "It's hard to win an argument with a smart person, but it's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person."
The reality is, the law has protected their interests as far as they can take it. NTL is a lawfully incorporated business and it has lawful authority to carry out its operations. NTL has the legal right to carry about its business and now it's the turn of the New Zealand authorities to protect the rights of us Kiwi shareholders and this Kiwi company.
As for NTL's prospects, it has fought very hard and very efficiently to get to this point.
Matt Hill has led from the front, big time. You don't see too many boards taking big pay cuts in this day and age but they did it a while back to support the company's chances. Big respect to them for that.
Buying at 0.4 cents a few weeks ago - what a gift.
Edit: been holding, buying and also trading NTL since 2013. Researched it heavily. Happy to share on request.
