I understand where you are coming from but as far as the market is concerned i haven't seen the large insto volume buying... so i felt it is in the orphan stage , we'll see instos buying on positive quaterly when reality hits, or when positive anns on refineining and average on volumes and performance (Tonage and concentration per month)and potential can actually be positively projected. All imo.
