The conversion terms for the NTM options that DGO holds is briefly explained on page 4 of the joint presentation released to the ASX on Nov 16.

That presentation says that the 60 million NTM unlisted options that DGO holds with an exercise price of 10 cents, expiring on 31/02/22 will become 22.2 million unlisted options over DCN with an exercise price of 27 cents also expiring on 31/02/22.
