LREEs are cheap. Ce an La offering low and Chinese manipulated prices.
HREs are expensive and low stock piles have and are leading to ever higher prices.
Thats probably why HRE miners like NTU outperform the LRE producers recently.
LREs are the worst investment there as we see on the above share price comparison chart as they are the performance laggards.
Always best to invest in the rarer investment in my opinion and its worked well for me recently too.
