Take a look at page 28 of the prospectus. The underwriter gets 5.5% of the amount underwritten plus $60,000 as lead underwriter and payment for costs and expenses. I don't believe the underwriter should also get the short fall when share holders have applied for extras and missed out. The short fall should be going to the loyal share holders.
I didn't get any of the extras I applied for. Gotta say that kind of treatment doesn't make me a loyal share holder.
