NTU are taking so long because they partnered with the Chinese
10years ago NTU had the opportunity to partner with the Japanese - had that occurred NTU would be in production today
poor management decisions have brought this company to its knees and destroyed all long term shareholder wealth via a massive dilution campaign designed to pass control to the Chinese - which has now resulted in a bloated share registry, and low share-price
former MD is gone but the legacy he created remains
Lynas is a far better investment imo
