If you have a look at NTU's most recent presentation on their website the details are included on what they propose to do to treat their ore to produce a concentrate.
I didn't look too hard to find how much ore they propose to mine per annum but at the ore's grade I'd say the transport to port and shipping costs would very quickly make that uneconomical. That's even if Wyndham port could take it all - which I hugely doubt.
