imho, from what I've read it is highly unlikely that NTU, or anyone else, will have concentrate toll processed in China due to tariff/quota barriers. Read Jack Lifton amongst others.
If they simply sell the concentrate to Chinese producers they probably can't expect anything over 25% of REO prices and even LYC wouldn't pay much more, particularly if Duncan supplies most of the LAMP's Dy capacity.
