you must be new to share investing too, given you're not aware of how easily available that info is. or just lazy.
if the 5mil was there today, they could commence operations towards mining on monday. that is my understanding and widely understood by all.
so i agree, when the 5mil arrives there will be a massive re-rating on this puppy.
just quietly, today's trading is the single most positive trading day i can recall in over 12 months. a seller dropped in 150k share or so at 18c which have all been snapped up. not massive $ value, but very positive.
