The 12% rate is not unusual unfortunately, especially being an unsecured facility. I would be shocked if any bank offered a rate under 10% to KCN at the time, unless they were able to take some sort of caveat over the TAFTA decision (ie demand a call on the decision if needed) and there was an agreement KCN hedge the gold price with a notional value eqiv to the loan
Additionally, it is silly to get upset over pictures of staff/board members enjoying themselves. Not a good look when SH have lost $$$, but I doubt the pics were made public at the time on the KCN facebook page
As I have said multiple times, if you think there is something amiss, you could always round up majority shareholders and call an EGM. Otherwise, some of your posts that have nothing to do with KCN suggest you might be letting conspiracy theories run rampant in your mind.
