I’m glad you got different views. She given us 12m when we needed the money without any fees or options (which is rare for other loan providers). She is our preference shareholder who is helping us to maintain thai law and a bridge to own 100% of Akara by kcn.
In my view a good friend of kcn is a good friend of shareholders (including myself) however we can vote to get rid off her in the next AGM if other shareholders thinking otherwise.
Next loan good or bad I don’t care as long as no CR and buy back clause gone. As I mentioned previously, we may go with Nebari for temporary loan for number of reasons like relationship already established, we haven’t got An announcement regarding extension yet and our loan requirements is for short term. Just guessing.
