    any thoughts on why nuclear isn't being considered more for hydrogen (in places like china not australia)? the focus everywhere seems to be wind and solar combination for green hydrogen. that won't get the utilisation that nuclear will and it must be more expensive. also you can't site it near industrial clusters like you can nuclear to avoid storage and transport. nuclear power in a place like china just seems perfect for hydrogen, it's about the same cost as renewables (and will come down further given china capex on nuclear is one quarter of West and china is producing third generation) and can be sited down on the southern coast where industry is. I know there is one demonstration project but not much take up globally yet. is it cost do you think that means it isn't being pushed or the public perception of nuclear?
