    I remember well old Nikita throwing a wobbly in the UN, banging on the bench with his shoe & yelling "Nyet! Veto, veto!" in his bluster.
    Apparently we came close to war a couple of times there.
    But Vladimir Putin is not Nikita Kruschev - he wont bluster or hesitate to ACT.
