As an interesting addendum to my last poss and the reference I gave to an article "unintended consequences" chapters 9 and 10 outline the subsidize provided for solar and wind (US$56/MWh) in the USA compared to nuclear (US$3/Mwh)

Chapter 11 is also interesting which summarizes the lies and misinformation of zealots including their very poor grasp of physics and thermodynamics - it's a "religion" rather than science as expounded by Sewell64 - the article very effectively debunks many assumptions as to renewable being the sole solution to climate change and the associated costs - we need nuclear .
