Outside of nuclear, fossil fuels and wind, solar, geothermal and hydro there is nothing that is close to feasable at the moment. Hydrogen is interesting, though at the moment it takes many times more energy to extract the hydrogen that you get out of it.
If you mean another better way of enriching uranium then i dont think so. To put the Silex breakthrough into perspective, various governemnts spent billions (im a bit sketchy on the details)trying to find a better way to enrich uranium and gave up before going back to centrifuge technology.
