On the surface this seems like a positive, however the layers need to be peeled back to get to the reality.
This won't happen overnight.
Getting approvals to mine U as we know takes some time, think about how much longer it will take to get to the stage of producing U fuel.

Also to the stage where suitable fuel is available for the various reactors.
This will be interesting to see how it all unfolds.
